Refund Policy

Returns are not accepted if the product is broken or damaged due to customer mishandling.

Only manufacturing defects are covered under our return/refund policy.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customers must provide photo or video evidence of the defect.

All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories and labels.

Used, installed, or washed products are not eligible for return or refund.

If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customized or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Customers can opt for a replacement instead of a refund for defective items.

Exchanges are only offered for genuine product defects.

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

Damage to the product box or outer packaging alone is not valid for return.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Minor color, pattern, or size variation is not considered a defect.

Delivery delays due to shipping partners are not grounds for refund.
